Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Alev FineArt.

We are shipping worldwide. All orders will be processed within three weeks. Shipping time depends on the size of your ordered product and your location. Shipping in Europe will take 2-7 days, while international shipping will take 2-5 weeks. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will contact you via email, if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The price of every artwork does not include the import fees and taxes that customs can charge at the destination country. Alev FineArt is not responsible for extra charges or fees once the package leaves Germany.

 

Refund Policy

We are a small business, so all prints and originals are final sale - no refunds will be issued. Please choose your artwork carefully.

Damaged Artwork
If you notice a serious damage in the delivery, please contact us mentioning details and attaching images, so that we can evaluate the issue and find the best solution. Please email us at info@alevfineart.com

Exchanges
All original products are final sale, so no refund will be issued.
There is also no return option for prints, since production takes place on order. 

Once your return is accepted, the fastest way to get your product is to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding the shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
